Frite & Scoop Fries & Ice Cream

Two of the world’s favorite treats were combined into one unique food trailer.

We make every batch of French-custard style ice cream from scratch, as well as all the mix-ins (and the fry sauces!). Frites are made to order in a variety of styles, from herb-infused oils and fresh Parmesan to meal-worthy loaded frites like poutine, elote, and gyro.
